We are excited to invite you to attend the Deer Ridge Community Association AGM in person! You’ll meet the current volunteer Board, as well as your community, municipal. This is a great opportunity to add your voice to the discussion and present new ideas. Would you like to volunteer as a Board member? Nominations are open for the Board of Directors. Residents of Deer Ridge with current membership are eligible to vote in-person.

“Dump your Junk” and save a trip to the landfill on June 10, 2023.

Where: Queensland Diamond Cove Community Center

649 Queensland Drive SE, Calgary, AB

When: Saturday, June 10

Time: 9:00 am to 1:30 pm

Cost: Free

We will accept the following:

• general garbage (City of Calgary garbage trucks)
• metals (recon material)
• electronics (technotrash)

We will not accept the following:

• organic waste, cardboard, glass
• batteries, paint, household chemicals, liquids (motor oil, etc,…)
• smoke detectors, refrigerators, freezers, microwaves
• pressure containers (propane tanks, etc…)
• railway ties, tires
• large amounts of sod or concrete
• medical waste and expired prescription drugs
