I’ll assume that it wasn’t thought possible to maintain public health recommendations for such as Family Event though that wasn’t explicitly expressed. I might mention that last Sunday when the weather relaxed, the community rink was quite packed. Masks weren’t worn nor distancing observed. People were clearly having a great time, but if this disease is quite as easily spread as seems thought, the use of the rink was a perfect invitation to infection. So just how is the association to respond to such inevitable occurrences?
